Mango maids are the BEST cleaning service of all time! We have used other cleaning services before and they are hands down the best!! We have a regular crew who comes in every 2 weeks, Dexter and Jeffrey and also Fredy who comes in when one is away and they are absolutely PHENOMENAL! They go above and beyond what is expected and we are ALWAYS extremely satisfied! Not only do they work hard in making sure our house sparkles (floors, bathrooms, ledges, kitchen everything!!) but they always come in with a big smile and don't leave until they satisfied with their own work, which is perfection! If ever given the opportunity to recommend, dexter, Jeffrey and Freddy are a cleaning crew that will blow you away! Mango maids hired only the best of the best and we could not ask for more! With life being so busy juggling a toddler and baby with activities and a career, mango maids makes life so much easier and pleasant by knowing their trustworthy staff who are very fast, detail oriented and respectful are there to lessen the stresses of life. Leaving our family with more quality time and a healthy environment! Highly recommended and one of our best investments!

Absolutely AWFUL! If I could give it 0 stars then I would. We hired them for our move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. Big mistake. There was a large stain in the carpet with carpet cleaning still in it. The benches were not cleaned properly, there was cat hair between the wall and the carpet in the bedroom and the living room, the wall leading up the stairs had some kind of streaky film and much more. I contacted Mango Maids because of the extremely poor job. They were apologetic and told me that they would send somebody out to clean "to our standards".

The next day when we met our landlord again to do the inspection, it was still unclean! Luckily I didn't trust their word and brought cleaning utensils with me. Again, there was still cat hair in between the wall and the carpet in the bedroom, cat hair on the bottom of the blinds, and somebody had chipped our base board then had the audacity to TAPE IT BACK ON!!! I am not making this up. Of course the company denied this but I know it was them because we did a walk through the previous night with our landlord as well, and that was not there. So of course, we complained again and they offered to refund us 1 man hour. Considering we got $250 taken off our damage deposit directly because of Mango Maids, I'd say that falls a little short considering we also paid over $500 to have that place cleaned. Let me also tell you about the awful customer service. They ignore you once they receive your money unless you hound them for a response. Pathetic.

Mango has been cleaning my office for years. I have a set schedule and they have always been on time and have done an excellent job. Very pleasant people to deal with at a great price

Their service is inexcusably horrible. We booked an appointment for 9:30 on Saturday and it took until 11:00 to show up. There was absolutely no updates from anyone at Mango Maid, this is after I called them 3 times to confirm. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, he's response is basically "tough luck". I would not recommend Mango Maid to anyone.

Very poor service. We are very disappointed by this service.
Our visa was charged without any invoice, apparently there was 2 invoices and was only provided 1 invoice a day later. Then a month later, our visa statement came and saw another $500 charge from them. When i requested information, Mango Maid asked me why it took me so long to get in touch with them?? The property was not clean at all!!
I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing. They refuse to give our money back to come back to clean the property.

I hired Mango Maids in Edmonton to clean my sisters apartment as she is awaiting hip replacement. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them and use their service again.
