I had to take care of some critter damage on my clay tile roof but had to leave town. The Royal team came by within a day of my call and assessed the damage and provided a quote. The work was completed and they provided me with pictures so I would be satisfied and confident the problem was fixed. I was really impressed with how the whole process was handled.
