I had to take care of some critter damage on my clay tile roof but had to leave town. The Royal team came by within a day of my call and assessed the damage and provided a quote. The work was completed and they provided me with pictures so I would be satisfied and confident the problem was fixed. I was really impressed with how the whole process was handled. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dependable roofing company.

UPDATE***** After some time had passed the piping for the shower developed what can only be described as 'water hammer' whenever i try to use the overhead rain shower. I stopped using it and only use the handheld. Now it seems that hammer effect has caused a leak and i have basement water damage and black mold. I am trying to see if there is any warranty from HomeStars. This is going to cost me a LOT of money to fix
