Luis Flores is the technician who has serviced my equipment for years. He is a true profession, very capable and competent. A true credit to Boonstra's who have looked after my heating and air conditioning needs for decades. I highly recommend them. Quality workmanship, fair prices. Solid knowledgeable people.

Air conditioner broke suddenly, the technician Jimmy Balla came the following day. Polite, courteous and meticulous, found the problem and was able to fix it right away. I was very satisfied with service provided.

Ron Bezeau came to do our annual air-conditioning check-up. He was punctual, arriving within the time-frame promised. He did the work carefully and explained the rationale for each step. He offered thoughtful suggestions for how to improve the ways our heating/air-conditioning unit would work and pointed out some things that would improve its efficiency as we used it. We appreciate him and Boonstra very much -- and are grateful that we have this semi-annual check-up. It gives peace to know that the unit is working appropriately for each season.
