Omar and the Boonstra team are straight pros! We reached out for help with our A/C unit that they installed for the previous owner of our house. Boonstra was intent on fixing the problem and for no additional cost. They promptly diagnosed the issue and sent two techs out to complete the job the same week. I was anticipating some issue relating to warranty and fine print but Omar explained that his number one priority is to keep the good name of Boonstra and their well-respected reputation.
