I'll just echo what everyone else is saying: do not work with this company. Simply appalling on every level.
A simple window job that should have taken a few days has stretched out to several weeks. What's more, the work has been awful. I had to point out that they hung my louver windows backwards - even after Jay, On the Level's fast-talking owner, had "inspected" the work.
A week later, the windows are in the right spots, but one of them jams so badly that it's unusable. I called to ask about it and was first told that it's fine, then that it needs to be replaced, then no answers at all. This is what you can come to expect after a few days of dealing with On The Level.
Even though I've already paid for the job in full, I'm getting someone reputable and competent to finish my job. It's frustrating, but not as frustrating as listening to Jay's endless excuses and sob stories about how overextended he is - as though his poor management of his own time and resources is somehow the fault of his clients, rather than a function of his basic incompetence and negligence.
