Thanks for the kind review. Not often that squirrels see me coming and just give up and thrown in the towel like that. Thanks again, Joe

Thanks for your review. I know how frustrating it can be to have squirrels in a home and particularly in walls. Pest control is not always an exact science and this jobs challenge involved eliminating the impossible in order to arrive at the possible entry. I had to use a tracking powder to figure out the problem. The previous company did return many times to try to solve this issue in all fairness to them. After examining the re-entry it turns out that they kept looking at various locations when all the while it was related to the original meshed area. Everybody makes mistakes and the issue here was that this tech didn't double check his work and spent a lot of time going into different directions. In the end the mesh was loose enough for the squirrels' to simply squeeze through. I'm glad that it worked out well. Thanks again, Joe
I thank you for your nice review. I managed to find a few openings which were sealed off. Taking pictures of my work to show clients what was found is important to me so that some closure can be finally be attained. People should see what the problem was and how it was resolved. In fact I routinely review photos of rodent entry daily as practice and even after a thousand jobs still find something new to add to my experience. One should never be complacent when it comes to mice and often times I am double checking and even triple checking a home to ensure I haven't missed something. On occasion I have even resorted to getting a second opinion from a different tech altogether in order to solve a nagging pest issue. All in all I'm just happy I could be of assistance. Joe.
Thanks so much for the great review. I keep seeing this scenario whereby techs out there are not doing exterior inspections. Frankly, every time I hear that exterior inspections are not conduced truly amazes me. It is only logical to establish and close off entry so that the cycle of rodent issues can be resolved. Thanks again for your review, Joe
Thanks for the review. I must admit that ravine properties do pose some challenges in pest control terms. Being proactive is the key to controlling potential issues before there are problems. Once again thanks for you business
Thanks for your review. The challenging aspect of this job involved raccoon proofing the home as well as removing the raccoons ability to even get on the roof. A previous company had installed a 1 way door and simply left the meshed boxes on the dormers. The boxes were an eye sore and took away from the homes charm and esthetic quality. I installed color keyed mesh, removed some vines which were acting like a ladder) and spiked the downspouts on all corners to remove vertical access.
The roofing guys installed a drip edge which covered the (16 feet across) unseen 1 inch gap between the roof and eaves perfectly. A professional roofing job in tandem with a 1 way door not only saved my client money but also ensured that the squirrels have no chance whatsoever of re-entry. Thanks your business, Joe
Thanks for the review. Remember that nobody is immune to fleas and they can enter a home via a pets daily walk past a flea infested area. Fleas just wait for a ride, hop on your pet and before you know it they are in your living room jumping around all over the place.Typically, I tend to get calls ( not in this case though) regarding a flea problem after a client has been attempting to control them on their own. One must remember that a flea extermination can go wrong quickly and results in fleas being spread all over a home. I therefore strongly recommend that this particular pest be left up to an exterminator to control. A systematic approach along with the use of an IGR ( insect growth regulator) and the correct insecticide is required to rid a structure of fleas. In this particular case I wanted the fleas to gravitate towards the couch, which was then treated and quarantined outdoors. A little trick I learned from a seasoned exterminator and true mentor.
Thanks for the review. A home is the largest investment one can make and being proactive when it come to pests only makes sense. Potential problems are indeed best dealt with initially before pests become established. I must admit I was impressed by my clients forward thinking ( he was actually taking notes as we went) and have never seen commitment on this scale before. We checked everything from raccoons to termites and it was nice to know that my recommendations will be taken seriously. Thanks,Joe ,
Thank you for the wonderful review. I love my job and to know that I was able to also point out some roofing issues really makes it all worth while. Also, to hear that a little guy that is no longer scared of raccoons is now pretending to be "raccoon Joe" is the icing on the cake.. Thanks again
