Joe is a life saver. I needed a wasp's nest and a bird's nest removed quickly and one call was all it took. It's never fun to have pests in or outside of you home.. your investment, but Joe is so kind and reassuring that everything will be taken care of...and it was.
I can't recommend SNAP enough. Almost makes you want to have one of the nasty things he takes care of...almost :-)

Call SNAP to remove a WASP's nest on Thursday I was having 90 people over for a party on Saturday. They arrived within 45 minutes. Sprayed the nest. Wasp's disappeared over the next 2 days. Great Party, no WASP's. They were prompt, courteous, did excellent work, worth every penny.

Joe is the best! He was professional, fast, and most importantly got rid of the mice that had infested our house. It took less than 2 hours, he found their entry point under the front porch, sealed it up and we have been mouse free for 3 months and counting. Highly recommended! Termite mud trail pop out from basement dry wall, and as soon as removing the try wall and insulations, realized there were tons more mud trails on the concrete walls. Called some popular pest control companys, all refer to do drilling holes surrounding the house and gonna be ard 2.5k to 3k. Not just the money concerns me, but was skeptical drills that many holes surrounding my house. Found this website, and when seeing the review for snap is 10/10, I thought I should consult one more company. Joe came and did a good inspection inside and outside. Recommended it should only need spot treatment. (The other popular companys didn't even inspect.) Joe mentioned the chances for termite coming back again is slim, and not worth spending that much money. I appreciated how professional joe was and how he even came back to retreat the area for free 1 year later. He only charged me 250, the other 100 was I really wanted to compensate the gas money for him coming from mississauga twice. I highly recommend joe to everyone. You wont be disappointed

WOW- SNAP pest control (Joe) provides excellent service and at a very reasonable price. I live in a semi-detached house and my neighbor complained that we had squirrels living in our shared roof. My neighbor found someone to fix her side of the roof with a one way door and so I called a separate company- SNAP to get a quote to come over and inspect if there were any other existing holes on our side of the roof. I spoke to Joe and he took the time over the phone to go over options and provided me with a quote for inspection. He came over, took pictures and showed me the pictures of where the squirrels were eating their way through the wood under our shingles. As it was only a matter of time that the squirrels were going to get through our roof. Joe sealed the edges of our entire front roof with wire mesh. This process took a couple of hours. While he was up there he also cleaned our eaves drop just for the fun of it. Joe goes beyond what is necessary- I was completely satisfied and at a very fair price. In fact, I was surprised when he only charged slightly more than the inspection quote he provided over the phone even though he spent several hours longer than was expected. It has been many years since I felt satisfied in this way by any service. Professional, friendly and honest. AMAZING.

Joe is a lively, pleasant and service-oriented guy with a real knack for problem-solving. We live in the tight confines of the Annex. Our problem was the racoon's access point was practically inaccessible to us due to the proximity of a neighbour's house. Earlier contractors had proposed unsightly and dubious solutions - at high cost. Could our problem actually be solved? Joe surveyed the scene and quickly devised a sightly and affordable solution. He returned in a few days with the materials to do the job. The five racoons left within hours. Joe returned a week later to remove his 1-way door and tidy things up. What a pleasure - he's your man!

This is our second time that we used SNAP. Not only is the service fantastic, the rates are also very reasonable. First time was 4 years ago when Joe solved our problem with rats in our backyard shed. Not only was Joe proffesional, thorough and efficient at his work, he was courteous, honest, took his time to examin the situation and came up with the best solution. He used some sort of liquid in which he dipped fruit that he used as bait to exterminate those rats. It was very successful. And now, when a Red Squirrel was building its nest again and again inside the air blower of our car, causing damage to the car and much frustration to us, we called Joe again. Again, his service was fantastic: showed up immidiatly, did not rush the job, examined the situation thoroughly, and came up with the best possible solution. I would highly recommand Joe's service!!!

Joe manages his business with integrity and honesty. We called him for an estimate for a termite treatment and came to our house the same day.

He was proactive and asked if he could see the areas we were concerned about. He conducted a thorough investigation and determined that we did not need a termite treatment. He could have easily just provided a quote and conducted a termite treatment however, he recommended that he conduct a full inspection and was willing to write a full report. This was a savings of approximately $3000.00. This is impressive as he could have easily just provided an estimate and pocket the money for unnecessary work.

It is refreshing to find a first class tradesman like Joe, who stands by his clients and keeps their best interests in mind. I highly recommend snap pest control for all of your animal and pest control needs as well as if you need a terminate inspection if you are buying or selling a home.

Joe is terrific. Does what he says he will do and works very hard at it. Great job of getting rid of our Racoon family and fixing our roof. I would definitely use him again!
