They were not knowledgable. It seemed that they overlooked the real problem and I wasn't even sure if they were a real pest control company. I would not recommend them.

We've been using Joe for a few years, even since we moved into this older home that we live in. He's prompt, courteous and his integrity and devotion to the job is second to none. I say that because once he's gone, we have no more creepy crawlies or other bugs in the house. And that's a good thing because we have lots of cracks and holes in this leaky old house.

There are not enough words to thank Joe for ridding us of a family of raccoons that had literally taken over the attic/roof of our house. With determination and creativity Joe was finally able to coax the mother and her babies out and even built a ladder for them to get them safely on their way. Joe is amazing!

We had a few quotes from other companies for the pigeon problem at our Beaches location, but Joe's detailed quote and knowledge on the subject was why we went with SNAP. He had suggestions and recommendations that were not provided by other companies, like waiting for warmer weather so the adhesive would take; eveyone else was rushing to get our job done a.s.a.p. when the weather was still cold. He did the job in one day, and his work did not interrupt business at the store. Thank you JOE!

After owning our home for nearly 2 years, we came to the shocking discovery that we had termites. After getting assessments & quotes from 3 other pest control companies we decided to go with Joe at Snap as he came across as an extremely helpful, reliable & honest person. Out of 4 companies that were brought in to look at the problem only Joe & one other mentioned drilling into the concrete blocks on the side walls for treatment, and ONLY Joe came and actually was with us as we opened up the wall to find the source of the problem. With a termite issue, you'll always have a recurring problem, unless you can figure out where they're coming in from - and we're hoping that we were able to do so by tearing out a couple of the storage rooms adjacent to the garage. That said, Joe's no-BS approach and resolve to get down and try to find the root of the problem was refreshing! Other companies basically just wanted to spray $5000-10,000 in chemicals around the house & collect the annual warranty. Back to Joe - I'd recommend him in a heart beat to anyone as he truly seems to care about the customer, is personable and helps relate the issue in a manner where you understand. I feel like his goal is to fix the problem, not just patch it up so he can come back at a future date like many other pest control companies. 100% recommended without hesitation.

My dad and neighbor were having some serious mice issues. Called snap pest control. I've used this company before and the service was exceptional. There must have been hundreds of mice between both homes. Joe had located 2 openings that the mice were using a passage into the homes. He not only put plenty of poison blocks, glueboards, and traps, but removed old loose mortar and replaced with wire mesh and parging cement. I was not expecting for the holes to be repaired as most companys said that it would be my job. Joe saved me tons of work and my dad is very pleased and so am I that there are no more mice.

My wife and I are extremely happy with Joe's work. A couple of years ago we were noticing bees swarming around the yard and we called Joe to help us out. He immediately located the nest and applied a dust treatment. His job was very thorough and we was sure to dust around the nest area for extra insurance also. We saw results quickly and were never bothered again. Unfortunately, we were also invaded with Carpenter ants this spring. I called Joe right away and he did his best to book us quickly. I do appreciate that he educated us well on these creatures and their behaviours so that we would know what to do and look for until he came to our site. Joe definitely goes the extra mile. He came one night prior to our appointment day with a flash light and tracked down the main nest outside. He went around the whole property and scanned neighbouring properties from our balcony also. We were so happy because we could see a bunch of activity but could not track the root. Joe is amazing and is so good at what he does. He knows exactly what to look for and tracked down that problem to the source. Then he came and did a full spray treatment around our house due to the situation and because of the potential cause of other nests from surrounding properties. We are so thankful that Joe did such a good and thorough job for us again! We would not hesitate to call Joe for any of his services. He is honest, works hard and really wants to help you, to solve the problem from the root source!

Joe was very informative and took all necessary steps to remove a raccoon from the attic. He was also proactive in meshing off the air vents in an attempt to prevent future critter infiltration.

Above and Beyond. Joe from Snap Pest Control came to our 100 yr old semi in Toronto. We heard lots of scratching and movement in the basement walls/ceiling. We also had loud noises in the chimney. Joe went above and beyond what any of those big pest companies did for us in the past (all they did was lay bait and set traps). Joe cut open the dry-wall; found rat droppings (yuk), found the hole through our rubble foundation wall and plugged it up. He then repaired the drywall for us. Amazing. As for the chimney, he took his ladder and went way up there. he found the hole between the liner pipe and the brickwork. He patched it up with wire mesh, put a one-way door on it, and within a day, the squirrels were gone. He came back to remove the one-way door and cover the hole. He even helped take down part of my rotting deck to inspect the back of the house for holes. Great Job Joe. Thank you.
We found Joe through a friend who had used his services. i would recommend him to anyone, like my friend did to me.

Joe thinks like a mouse. He knows where, how, why they do what they do, and acted accordingly to rid them from our basement and kitchen. He also showed me every nook and cranny where they had entered, and helped fix the holes and gaps. He laid bait, applied wire sheeting, used cement as necessary, and was generally helpful in shoring up the place. He showed me the main mice hideout with his snaky camera, and was even able to show other spots in the house were mice had entered years ago. He was very available in the weeks following if we had any questions, or if we had to report new mice sightings (which by the way, there were none of). The critters haven't returned since Joe came a few months ago. Joe knows his pests inside out. No B.S. Just friendly, dedicated service and excellent value. Highly recommended.
