Joe is a lively, pleasant and service-oriented guy with a real knack for problem-solving. We live in the tight confines of the Annex. Our problem was the racoon's access point was practically inaccessible to us due to the proximity of a neighbour's house. Earlier contractors had proposed unsightly and dubious solutions - at high cost. Could our problem actually be solved? Joe surveyed the scene and quickly devised a sightly and affordable solution. He returned in a few days with the materials to do the job. The five racoons left within hours. Joe returned a week later to remove his 1-way door and tidy things up. What a pleasure - he's your man!

Thanks for your kind review. I had to be a little creative and pull out some carpentry skills but the job was straight forward enough. I wanted to solve the problem and fix some weak spots at the same time. Those critters are gone for good.Joe
