Joe is absolutely excellent at his job. He takes the time to get to the root of the problem and find the point of entry. He took the time to seal off the entry point to ensure that the problem has been completely resolved. I would highly recommend Joe!!

Snap and Joe Bruno is the only pest control that doesn't just get rid of the problem but also figures out a way of not having it come back. He is THE best.

My neighbor recommended Joe to me when I mentioned I had mice in the basement, where I have UTM students renting an apt. The girls were beside themselves. The girls were involved with Joe through the process of his finding the source/s and calmly walked them through what he was doing. He found the tracks and entry points and went to great lengths to finish the job, no matter how long it took. He is obsessed with making sure the problem does not arise again.

SNAP Pest Control is amazing - I would highly recommend. We encountered a couple of mice last October and the owner Joe came for a visit. He was extremely thorough, taking his time to find the likely entry points both inside and outside the house. After his visit and putting the baits, we didn't see any further droppings or mice.

Joe recently came for a follow-up visit where he sealed some further spots and checked all the initial areas. He genuinely wants to help, knows what he's doing and does everything he can to make you feel at ease. I'm super happy with his service. Thanks again Joe!

We woke up one morning to find many big black ants (Carpenter Ants) in our home and a pile of sawdust by our wall where they were coming and going.
Joe came out on the same day I called, came on time ready to take care of the problem.
He was professional, efficient and effective! The problem has been completely resolved.

When discovering that my house may have bed bugs I did my homework and looked into 10-15 pest control company's in the GTA. I got 4 inspectors to come by the house to confirm what the pest was. After doing this, I realized how many fake people there are out there, telling you, you have bed bugs just to get your money. I finally got a hold of Joe who was honest, professional and knew his stuff!

Joe came by and checked out the house entirely. He said he saw absolutely no traces of bed bugs but recommended a canine inspector just to confirm 100% - he thought it was most likely fleas. The canine inspector came in and it was confirmed, we did not have bed bugs! We did have fleas, but that is something that can be prevented for three quarters of the price. Thanks to Joe, we saved over $1000!

I highly recommend Joe, he did a great job getting the squirrels out of my attic! He came a put a one way door to make sure they were out and stayed out. He even did some extra work on my place for no charge (filled in some of my crumbling brick), and sealed up another place that I had done myself, but wasn't quite up to snuff.
Also when he came back to remove the one way door I told him they were getting in another way (persistent buggers).
He put in another one way door for me for an amazing price!
He really cares about getting the job done and making sure its done right.
I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for pest control talk to him!
