We had a mouse problem (not too widespread) and called Joe right away because we were very happy with how he secured our roof and attic from squirrels last year. He found a couple of spots where they could be coming in, in addition to finding a big problem with a basement window that no else ever noticed! He suggested we do the small fixes ourselves and showed us how - I offered to compensate him for his time, but he kept refusing! Very nice gentleman, very professional, and I will not hesitate to call Joe back if we have another problem.

We cannot speak highly enough of Joe. We had Joe treat our newly bought house in February 2015 for mice (all the mice are gone!). We really appreciated his knowledge, honesty and price.

We contacted several pest control services for a suspected termite problem. Joe Bruno from SNAP told us based on what we told him over the phone that it cannot be termites and wanted us to send a photo. Once it was done he advised us not to waste money as it did not seem to be termites and that he will come and have a look. The price he quoted was far more less than what others quoted for a visit inspection. He came on time, did a professional job and confirmed that our problem is not termites. He advised me of what needs to be done, reviewed the area and put some dust powder to control the ants. I would recommend him for his professional and courteous services to anyone I know.

I would like to thank Joe for the help he gave us when we had a raccoon that entered our house through the roof. He came the same day and made sure that all possible points of entre was protected. He then create a door for the raccoon to exit. This was yesterday and the raccoon is out and trying to get back in but he is not able to. Joe did a great job and was very professional in explaining to me the possible options. I would strongly recommend his services.

Joe is amazing. We have used SNAP twice now (once for raccoons in the roof and second time for rats in the basement). Joe is extremely knowledgeable but more importantly honest and realistic. He put our minds at ease in both instances. He is also non-judgmental and gets right to work on a solution that will be long term, not just a quick fix. Called Joe and told him my situation, needed someone to get my sick cat into carrier so he could be taken to the vet he was really resisting and I was extremely worried. I was put in contact with Angelique who showed up in 45 minutes came into my house with gloves and spoke gently to my cat as he was running around in a panic. She finally grabbed him put him in the carrier all this in about 5 or 6 minutes. I was relieved and so grateful for this much needed service. Thank you Angelique

This is the second time that Joe has been called to our house to help Recently I heard sounds in our back room which is an addition on our house, and I saw that something was trying to get through our ceiling.
I was quite concerned about an animal getting in the house and Joe came right away on a Saturday.

I didn't hesitate in calling Joe again because the last time he was here I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the services. Again he did not disappoint.

Over the years we have dealt with a few other companies and Joe is the most skilled I have ever seen.

It's not the most pleasant thing to have to call the pest guy to deal with this sort of thing and I must say that we quite enjoyed having Joe at our house. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a great communicator. He helps develop clear and focused plans to deal with pests.

Joe ended up finding a very hidden hole by accessing our roof off the neighbour's yard, where squirrels were getting in. Nothing stops this guy. He put up trapdoors and then came back exactly when he said to patch things up and even did a few other preventative measures around the house, that we asked him to do, without hesitating.

I certainly don't want to have to call an exterminator but I have to say that having Joe in the house is like watching a reality TV show. He'd be great on reality show if there's any TV producers looking for a guy like this.

I know that we are going to have to deal with pests here and there over the years in our old house so it really is comforting to know that we can call him.

Joe is really committed to helping his customers. He doesn't give up on problem-solving.

His prices are extremely fair and he is upfront about things.

After our cat moved on the mice moved in. They were everywhere, on all floors and droppings showed up in my child's dresser! Joe came and really took his time and looked for any possible entry points and sealed them up. He put out child proof poison bait and they were gone within a month. Months later he came back and checked our poison bait and replenished them just to be safe. Joe provides and good trustworthy service.

Great service, Joe was extremly knowledgeable and explained the process and steps require, not only did he resolved the raccoon issue he also provided us with an eccesmen of the roof along with pictures so we could better understand the situation, he perform a temporory solution but did advice us to contact a professional roofing company in the spring, we couldn't hope for a better service and would recommend his professional service.

I was experiencing an issue with mice for some time in my home (the kitchen of all places! Ewwwwww!)
I tried to deal with the issue on my own by purchasing and putting down poison, using peppermint oil (said to be a deterrent). At first it seemed to be working but when I saw droppings I knew I had to call a professional.
A friend of mine who had similar issues referred Joe from Snap Pest Control. She said that he was able to solve her issues when no one else could.
Joe returned my call on the same day, he showed up on time for our appointment, he did a thorough inspection of my property and determined where the mice were getting in my house.
Joe took took the time to investigate and solve my issues. It has only been 3 weeks and I already notice a big difference. NO MORE DROPPINGS! Yay!!
Joe has advised that should the mice return, he is a phone call away.
Good to know that there are still people who stand by their word and believe in doing a quality job for a reasonable price.
Having a pest control guy is necessary. I would happily refer Snap Pest Control to everyone and anyone in need!
