Recently noticed some new bugs in my house so I contacted Joe through HomeStars. Joe responded very promptly and was very honest. By looking at the picture I sent him he said that the bug was not harmful in any way and that the issue would resolve itself (sometimes these bugs just winter in the house and come out in the spring). He explained how to prevent this from happening next year and didn't charge me anything. Another company I contacted on HomeStars (which was highly rated as well), said it was a different type of insect (wrong) an wanted to charge me for an extermination that I did not need. Thanks for your review.I know this bug well and have come across this insect many times over the course of my career. Sometimes it is just best to let nature take its course. This pest should be dealt with in the fall months when the congregate on walls and look to overwinter in wall voids.
