After hearing scratching noises in October of 2014, I called another Pest Control company and they did a basic job by throwing poison everywhere and not wanting to come back. I then called Joe in the April of 2015 and he came out and did an Inspection of my attic. Joe was reasonable and knowledgeable and knew where the possible points of entries were. He came back in June 2015 and sealed them up and scattered poison around the areas. I was totally impressed with his calm demeanour and how professional he was. He couldn't fully guarantee the return of the mice because I live in a townhouse complex but was so determined to eliminate all possible options and for that I am grateful.

The job involved a proper inspection and I had to move some insulation around to finally remedy the situation in the attic. Mice were getting into the walls via a plumbing vent stack . Since most plumbers tend to cut larger holes for venting I had to seal off the area with quarter inch mesh from the inside of the attic to stop the mice. Also, the exterior showed some evidence of mice climbing vertically up and into an exposed and aged gap in some window caulking on the 2 story window. This particular window had rodent rub marks all over it and I sealed it as well. The window was the source of all my clients problems. A little mesh, some staples and silicone were all that was needed to remedy this situation.
