Bachie came to my home to give me a quote on June 23, 2021 for repairing and resealing both mine and my neighbour’s driveways. He pressured us into doing the work right away but we told him we would not pay more than $200 per driveway even though he asked for 250. The bottom line is they did a terrible job, very sloppy and messy. They did not tape the areas and got black tar on the sidewalk, street, plants stones and the concrete walls. He did not fill in all the cracks and larger areas with asphalt as discussed. Because I delayed paying him, he came back a second time to get his money and I asked him to address my concerns. He used a machine to flatten the raise asphalt areas and messed up the job he already did and then tried to spray over those areas only. It looks terrible and I told him but he chose to ignore me and my neighbour. The job was poorly executed and he exploited two women for his own greed and did not care that he over charged us for two single car driveways.

I contacted Joe to come by and do a Followup in my attic to see if the mice activity slowed down since his last visit a year ago and he came by on Tuesday as planned. He looked in the attic and gave me an update that the mice activity has decreased and it doesn't appear to be problem at this time. I was relieved that he came by and checked it out and he said if there was any further concerns to call him for a service call. Thanks again for the Followup Joe. I appreciate your help.!

After hearing scratching noises in October of 2014, I called another Pest Control company and they did a basic job by throwing poison everywhere and not wanting to come back. I then called Joe in the April of 2015 and he came out and did an Inspection of my attic. Joe was reasonable and knowledgeable and knew where the possible points of entries were. He came back in June 2015 and sealed them up and scattered poison around the areas. I was totally impressed with his calm demeanour and how professional he was. He couldn't fully guarantee the return of the mice because I live in a townhouse complex but was so determined to eliminate all possible options and for that I am grateful.

I am not impressed with the mediocre service that I received from Carlo with total disregard for customer service. I hired this company in the past to deal with mice's coming in my garage and entering my home. I got the help needed from a great employee of Carlo who I found out was later let go. I then called back a year later to deal with mice's in my bedroom walls but to no avail the problem was not resolved as Carlo asked for additional money if I needed warranty, even though his company motto states "if they come back so do we". what a joke!! Carlo didn't even want to come back when I called him the second time and took months before coming. There was no follow-up and he is quite rude in his attitude. He still has not conducted a proper inspection and only laid down bait in my attic. I am truly disappointed and feel helpless. This is true Carlo!! you have left me stranded and ever followed up.
