I was very pleased with this service. The icemaker on my fridge runs great now and the repair was very reasonable. Will definitely call again if any of my appliances need repair.

Had a dryer which wasn't heating and based on reviews, called Major Appliance Repair. I received fast, no nonsense service. Took the time to explain the issue and serviced the dryer. Did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Would recommend +++++

I found Martin on Homestars on a Friday afternoon when my secondary fridge failed after an area power blackout.. He told me up front he could not come until Monday morning. I made an appointment which he said he would be here mid morning. He showed up about 9:45 am and started working immediately - I had identified my model number to him and he brought the proper starting relay with him - so no going to get parts after the fact. He had it diagnosed, installed, and working within a half hour. He advised me there was no warranty as this could be a sign the compressor was near the end of it's service life ( the fridge is 19 years old )- but said it looked and sounded alright to him. I am very satisfied with his honesty and will gladly use his services again.

We came home from a vacation and our refrigerator had stopped working! I called Major Appliance Repair and Martin came out first thing the next morning, was very polite, clean and diligent and did a great job! I would absolutely recommend!

Came promptly morning after my call. Very clean, organized, equipped and knowledgeable. Defroster part wore out needing replacing (previous repair guy said buy a fan blade and install it ourselves, but it still leaked).
He was quick and thorough at his job and kept an eye on an area (had a minor leak previous months) while he cleaned up but the tiny mist leak seemed to have stopped in fixing the defroster and adjusting other hoses and connectors for the water/ice dispenser. So he said to just keep an eye on it and pointed out a sealant he uses if the leak comes up again which we could easily fix ourselves without having to incur extra costs.
I highly recommend them for their prompt, clean, and knowledgeable work as they only do what's really needed to be done and yet through.

What great service! I left a message in the evening describing my problem, and he was able to come to my house the very next day! He repaired my washer/dryer combo and even gave it a 'tuneup'. It has never worked better! I have already completed 3 loads of laundry since. Thank you so much for the great work. ps. I also gave him a call a few months back because I had a problem with my oven. He told me the part needed was expensive and it would not be worth replacing because it was an old oven. He is very honest and he will tell you when the repair is not worth it.

The representative from this company showed up promptly the next day after calling. Scheduling was not an issue as they were able to work around our family timetable. This may have been a coincidence however the politeness and professionalism we experienced laid to rest any skepticism. The representative that they sent to our home repaired our washer quickly and without repeat visits. We understood that we had to purchase an additional part, however it was inexpensive and the repair was completed within the day. I recommend calling A A before any other company. While I only dealt with one representative. He was very professional and polite. I would feel safe with him repairing a product in my home again.

I had realized that after putting a load of clothes in the dryer that once the cycle was complete the clothes were not dry. We called and left a voicemail message for Martin providing him with the details and requesting a call back the next business day. Martin had returned the call promptly the next morning and was able to schedule an appt. for 11:30am. He had fixed the problem within a hour. Pleased with his effectiveness & efficiency!

I have a 22 year old Jenn-Aire refrigerator that stopped cooling about 2 weeks ago. I called AA Major Appliances late yesterday afternoon and the repair man came this morning. He was fast, professional and was able to repair my fridge in less than half an hour. He told me that if it had been the compressor I would have had to replace the fridge because they don't make the compressors any more but fortunately since he was able to repair it with three parts that control the compressor I did not have to buy a new fridge. This fridge has never cost me a cent until this incident and was well worth the extra money I paid when I bought it. Thank-you AA Major Appliances for running an excellent business and being there when I needed you. I will not hesitate to call them again.
