after experiencing the service and knowledge that Andy showed to us approx. 16 months ago, I told my brother to buy his mattress form Andy and that he would not regret it, Andy is very knowledgeable, reliable and very professional, I wouldn't go anywhere else for bedding!

I am glad that I came across Ton Furniture while browsing the internet. I am very satisfied with competitive pricing as well as free delivery service! I ordered a mattress set and frame for my daughter in Toronto, I'm in Edmonton. Andy was very prompt delivering the mattress set the very next day and setting it up for her. He was very polite, courteous and a pleasure to work with! I wish there was more people in the service industry like him!

Andy was a huge help! We came by the warehouse and I initially thought I wanted a memory foam. After trying it out I realized it was too hard for me and he suggested the natural organic material mattress (not sure what they're called specifically). This mattress much a much better choice for me. It comes in different levels of hardness so it's guaranteed to work for different people.
On delivery, Andy was very punctual. He came on time brought everything that was purchased (mattress and mattress cover).
Overall, Andy was very friendly, nice, approachable and a pleasure to do business with.
Will definitely return in the future when I need other mattresses.

Long story: I had a continuous coil firm luxury support mattress from for 8 years (I am 5’3” 240lbs) and was very happy with it, so I naturally wanted the same mattress when I decided to get a new one. I needed to order the same mattress model over the phone since I don't have a car to browse around the town and get it delivered on Saturday as I am at work during the day. Found a few stores in the GTA area but their prices were more than I could afford. Page 3 in google search results brought me to tonfurniture.com I was not sure at first since there was no address under "contact us" but decided to take a chance and email them first to see whether they are responsive to phone orders and Saturday deliveries. It was already after office hours but to my surprise I got a response the same night, saying no problem with phone orders, no problem with Saturday, credit cards, PayPal, Interac or cash all good and the prices that Andy offered were pretty much 40-50% lower than for the same model in other stores. So I called next morning to place an order. When I mentioned that I bought my mattress 8 years ago, Andy immediately informed me that the manufacturer updated the model that I wanted, so the current version would not be identical to what I have and suggested to drop by to actually test it. As I said, I don’t have a car but their location was a 2 minute walk south from #60 Steeles TTC bus stop, so testing was very doable and made perfect sense. I ended up buying a different model than I initially intended, so it was great that Andy shared the information with me and convinced me to come and test the current models. Very happy customer, will recommend my friends who need a mattress to contact Andy for assistance.

Quick and friendly. I ordered two mattresses through the Ton Furniture web site and was contacted quickly about delivery. The mattresses were everything we wanted, delivery was very quick, and I couldn't find another business in town who could compete on price.

Andy was a very pleasant and accommodating person to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and the mattress and box spring he sold us are wonderful. It was worth the trip from Parry Sound for the quality and price of the set.
