Andy was a huge help! We came by the warehouse and I initially thought I wanted a memory foam. After trying it out I realized it was too hard for me and he suggested the natural organic material mattress (not sure what they're called specifically). This mattress much a much better choice for me. It comes in different levels of hardness so it's guaranteed to work for different people.
On delivery, Andy was very punctual. He came on time brought everything that was purchased (mattress and mattress cover).
Overall, Andy was very friendly, nice, approachable and a pleasure to do business with.
Will definitely return in the future when I need other mattresses.
He was actually recommended to us by friends, and I would definitely recommend him too!
