Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

I paid for the quote ($185) and the new hose ($64). When the technician Linus came, he installed a new hose, and apparently there was more to pay. The technician did not make it for the afternoon appointment, and I had to go to work in the evening. An elderly, 90 y.o. gentelmen was left to accomodate the visit.
After the technician installed the hose, they were not able to contact me right of way for payment. The technician called his supervisor, "Ryan" and with his agreement maliciously damaged the dishwasher. He pulled it out and did something in the back, so that it no longer works.
The elderly neighbour was not able physically defend our property and was not able to call the police fast enough. I contacted the company, but they took no action and did not follow up.

Great service! They called 15-20min before arrival, arrived on time, fixed the issue really quickly and that was it. Professional and polite as well.

Who would pay more for a repair than the product is worth? The estimate cost $173 for 15 minutes of time and I was charged $14.95 for them to travel 2.3 kilometers to my house. I wish the person on the phone could have answered any of my questions before I wasted my money to get a ridiculous estimate of $2213.05 when I could buy a new beverage centre for less than that. The part itself is only $315. Get your facts before you waste your money.

Door of my new fridge is tilted. Technician explained clearly and tried his best to fix it.

This repair was under my extended warranty. Repair person was polite and listen to our issues. We are please with the service and would use this company again. Everything was done very professionally.

Very happy with the repair! My washer dryer unit had a huge crack on the control panel, and so I was set up with for the repair within days. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would definitely use their services again!
