The technician repaired the gas range and was prompt and very helpful but I found it to be expensive since there were no new parts and it took very little time to repair.

Hi Andrea, although parts were not involved our technician did a lot of work in terms of maintenance and cleaning which prevented a higher cost had he replaced the parts. Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it.
