My 2 year old LG fridge died July 4, 2020. Called LG who contacted their contracted service company (Elite). They called me and said they could get a rep out on July 16, nothing earlier! Rep came out that day, said it was the compressor, would order it and be back early next week to install. Next week came no rep. Called Elite who said it was not approved, LG said it was. Elite told LG that they have to order the part. Elite calls to inform me of install date July 28. Nothing earlier. No complaining to LG helped. Finally today July 28 I have a fridge/freezer that is working. DO NOT deal with this company, PAID calls get done before warranty covered ones. I was without a fridge for exactly 24 days and that is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
