My Samsung refrigerator was making noise and getting ice build-up on the inside. I called Elite Appliance Service to get it repaired. They told me how to do a quick fix to save the motor until a technician could come by - 5 days later. Atlan was our technician and he was great - professional, polite, tidy and explained everything to me thoroughly. We are very happy with the service we received. Work order number 362045
