Thermador fridge repair took a long time
The technician Mike was very courteous and efficient. Excellent. However, I had a less than stellar experience overall. After the first visit, it was never made clear to me that I had to call in to pre pay for parts. This was not told to me, but it was in the fine print on the emailed estimate of work. After not hearing anything for about three weeks, I called in and was told to prepay, after which there was a further wait for parts. In the end the repair took much longer than expected. Also, it is very unpleasant to have to wade through the long phone queue (which I had to do several times), and there was also an issue with the call back feature calling the wrong number.
