Called Elite to fix my Bosch dishwasher which was under recall. Was very impressed with the customer service rep I initially dealt with, who was friendly and professional. She explained they needed to order the required part, which could take up to 2 wks, before scheduling appointment and that they would be back in touch. They have a system of text messaging to keep you up-to-date with status which I found very efficient. I never had to follow up with them and everything was done in a very timely manner. The rep called to confirm the service date, and I was given a 3 hr window 3 days in advance of the service call. I got another text message when he was 10 min away, which was very helpful. The technician was very efficient, polite and friendly in addition to being on time, and ensured I was happy with everything before he left. Got a follow-up from the company shortly after he left to confirm I was satisfied. Very few companies provide this level of professionalism and service. Would highly recommend this company.
