LG Appliance - STAY AWAY from ELITE!
I waited a week for Elite to service of my appliance. Tech who showed up had never seen my appliance and asked me if I had the manual for my appliance? WOW~! Three things to note. 1>Elite will charge you for a fuel surcharge for a local Toronto call! 2. Call LG first, as calling service tech first puts you in HOT water with LG. 3. Never buying a LG appliance again. Can't buy parts and no one wishes or is able to fix (can't get parts). Closed service model and you pay big bucks for useless service - like Elite. Tech and LG told me to replace my appliance and its only 10 years old. 2nd service tech who finally fixed the broken wire cost me $150. If I had listened to LG and Elite I would have spent another $5,000 on a new appliance. And LG stated they only support an appliance for 10 years. After that you are out of luck with LG.
WHEW- thankfully there are people out there who truly service appliances!
