Ryan arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in a quickly and timely manner. Elite Appliance Repair is one of the few service repair companies that is authorized to fix LG appliances that have amazing customer service reviews and delivers on that. Beware of other companies even if LG directs you to them. Lesson learned: do not buy LG; Use Elite for service repairs.
