This company is very unprofessional and extremely expensive. It is frustrating because it is one of the companies LG recommends for repairs.
So far they have come twice to 'fix' my stove. It was supposed to be simple - one element wasn't working. That was fixed at the first appointment, however the "hot stove" light remained on constantly. For the second appointment, I waited over five hours for the technician to show up. By the time the technician left at 7:30pm Friday evening - my entire stove wasn't working and the technician muttered something about needing "another part".
So far, the cost to replace one element was a whopping $450.00 and I am going on three days without a stove. It seems like there are some suspicious business practices going on.
LG should rethink their relationship with this pathetic company. I certainly won't be buying LG appliances when it comes time to replace ours.
