Beach Tile No Longer In Business

I can't comment on the work, because Beach Tile were never able to deliver on their installation promises. In the end we purchased the tiles from them but had someone else install. Communications were very difficult. Many unreturned calls, full mailboxes, and dates came and went for installation. The tiles were delivered and left outside our house at a time when we had specifically asked them not to do so because we would be away, but again, apparently that message went unheard. The tiles themselves were exactly what we wanted and were reasonably priced, and the staff at the store was very helpful, but the level of professionalism in trying to get them installed was terrible.

Just finished getting my old fireplace refurbished with stone veneer by Beach Tile. I cannot express how pleased I am with this job! Perfection is the word that comes to mind. The work was completed on time and the exact price as quoted, quality and professionalism one would expect. Thanks to both Laura and Peter for an awesome experience!
