Ludwig did a small sinkhole fix and resurfacing for me. Excellent service from estimate to completion. Job was done quickly, on time and the estimator and crew were easy to work with. Highly recommended.
Woke up Friday morning to no hot water. Called Aire Max at noon, after reading the reviews. He said he could come by 3:30 and arrived right on the dot. My heater needed replacing and access was difficult. Max said he could have a new one in on Sunday. He arrived Sunday, again right at the appointed time, removed the old heater and installed the new one within two hours. Excellent service, very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

We had 5 quotes for this job, and Mario's was by far the best, which initially worried me, but it was a lot of money in difference, so I went with them. There was no need to worry though, because Mario was extremely professional in all communications, they did a great job, and started and finished exactly when he said they would. Highly highly recommended.
I can't comment on the work, because Beach Tile were never able to deliver on their installation promises. In the end we purchased the tiles from them but had someone else install. Communications were very difficult. Many unreturned calls, full mailboxes, and dates came and went for installation. The tiles were delivered and left outside our house at a time when we had specifically asked them not to do so because we would be away, but again, apparently that message went unheard. The tiles themselves were exactly what we wanted and were reasonably priced, and the staff at the store was very helpful, but the level of professionalism in trying to get them installed was terrible.

Sorry that I can not address you personally, I am not sure of exactly which client you are. While I am glad that you received exactly what you were looking for but I am sorry to hear that we did not respond with regard to the installation. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps you needed the installation during our move process from Queen St to Kingston Rd. I apologize and hope that you are happy with your new backsplash.
Dan came in to rescue us from an abandoned job. It was a pretty finicky space, and Dan did great work. He fit us into his schedule quickly and was very professional and easy to get along with. His partner Saul did the taping and mudding a week or so later. Both of them are highly recommended.

we called proto for a bathroom mirror our last contractor promised us but failed to deliver 6 months later. called him saturday at 1, he came out to measure saturday at 4, told us he would be back on monday at 4:15, arrived monday at 4:15 with the mirror cut correctly, installed the mirror in twenty minutes and was gone. excellent service!
we had a simple countertop job - went to prostone and were amazed by their selection. debra was very helpful - we picked out our slab of "delirium", then picked out the pieces of the slab we wanted. they came to measure with their laser beams, then we found out the parts of the slab we picked were too small, so we went back, they moved the original slab out of the way and we picked out a new with the granite features that we wanted that fit. we were given a date of installation, and it was installed without any problem. the staff was very helpful and courteous at each step of the process, and the price was competitive. highly recommended.
