Alex and his team were excellent and cleaned my house very well -it was spotless! They worked very diligently and cleaned areas that had not received regular cleaning in quite some time. They were also very punctual and friendly. I am extremely pleased and intend to set up a regular service. Thanks very much.

I discovered Jacob and his amazing team a few years ago after a reno and they have been our cleaner of choice since then. No matter which cleaners arrive you will have a great experience. Jacob is also so pleasant to work with. I recently used another service as I needed a last minute cleaning (less than a days notice) and when Jacob understandibly could not make it work (despite the efforts he made) we went to another company that is rated highly with their own "natural" cleaning product. Not only was the service awful, (they missed lots of items they said they did), they were miserable, the cleaners were fighting with each and their cleaning product left the worst residue all over our house that we had to clean the place up again ourselves. When Jacob and team showed up 2 weeks later it was so refreshing. We were back to receiving stellar service. Jacob also comes in to check the house after the cleaners are done to make sure everything is up to standard. I tell him he doesn't need to do that anymore as I know his cleaners have things covered.

The quote was reasonable and they worked all day to clean my new build house. The spent all day and worked beyond the hours that was quoted to me. The quality of work is apparent and the house is spotless.

They even came back the following day free of charge to finish cleaning the basement due to a mishap with their vacuum cleaner the previous day.

We bought a new home with an older kitchen that came with over 30 years worth of grime built up in and on the cabinets and floors. Jacob and his team understood the particular kind of challenge they were facing and made themselves available on very short notice so we could move into our house with some piece of mind. We hired the company to clean the house we just moved in. Jacob's team spent all day doing a full house clean. People were friendly and hard-working. They did an excellent job (we hired them twice within a couple of weeks). We are pleased with their work. We recommend them and will use them again if we need cleaning help in the future.

As soon as I touched base with Jacob, he took the time to understand our needs and was helpful immediately. Lani came in that same week and she did an AMAZING JOB...she cleaned scuffs on the walls without harming the paint, cleaned all the baseboards, the bathroom and kitchen were sparkling, and she even cleaned inside the vents! I don't think this place has ever been this clean, we will definitely be calling Jacob to arrange maintenance cleaning in our new home!
