Viktoria Professional Movers

I called a number of movers, as I was organizing a move for my elderly parents. I basically called the top rated movers on homestars. My parents moved from a larger home to a smaller condo.

We rented a storage bin from another company and Viktoria was only supposed to move the stuff into the bin and then 3 weeks later move it out of the bin into the condo. It turned out my parents had too much stuff, but Maria and Tibor and Rocky were awesome. They came up with a solution quickly and for a very reasonable cost.

What was initially a stressful situation was solved quickly and cost effectively by Maria, Tibor and Rocky.

I would highly recommend Viktoria to anyone. They are friendly, professional, highly competent and very reasonable priced. They are awesome. Do yourself a favour and hire Viktoria. You will not be disappointed.

Viktoria was prompt to respond to my request and their rates were very reasonable. More importantly, they packed my belongings carefully and thoroughly. While moving, everything was shrink wrapped and they were incredibly responsible in not damaging my things or the building I moved from. When I did have an issue, Rocky clearly explained that Viktoria's motto puts the customer first and they addressed my concern quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied with their work and would most definitely recommend them!

Rocky and his partner were great! They were organized, punctional, friendly and always responsed to emails promptly. They didn't damage any of the furniture, which was problem we had with previous movers. I highly recommend these guys!

Moved on April 1st in the morning and Rocky and his partner showed up perfectly on time. They were very polite, professional and friendly and made my move a lot less stressful. Since I am a young woman on my own, who can barely lift a box, I felt I was in very good hands! They were very careful and thorough with each piece, taking the time to wrap everything that could possibly need it. I would definitely use this company again should I move.

Just like the other reviewer, we moved Feb 1st 2011 (right before the big storm!) and found Rocky and Timo (? Sorry couldnt spell your name!) on this site the morning of our move after the mover I booked cancelled at 11pm THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!
These guys are the BEST. Polite, clean and FAST! They even made an extra trip to pick up a separate item for us and another address.
We are planning another move in the next few yearsa and I have saved their number in my cell already, as "Our Movers".
Thank you guys so much for making what was a terrible situation into a great experience.
I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Viktoria movers did our move on Feb. 23rd - house to house move. I am so happy these are the movers we decided to go with. I had three companies come to our house to do estimates and Viktoria was by far the most reasonable in terms of pricing and were definetely the most professional. We had them pack up our kitchen and they did such a good job. As for the move itself, they showed up on-time, moved everything in a timely manner and got everything into our new house without a scratch on anything. The movers themselves were very nice and respected all of our belongings. They completely exceeded our exceptions. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again and will definetely recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. These guys are amazing and you will not be disappointed. I really believe that they are the best moving company out there.

I moved feb 2nd, the day of the big storm in Toronto.
I was worried that they call to cancel.
They showed up on time!!!
Rocky went before to my aptment to give me a free estimate.
He give me a reasonnble and affordable flat rate.
The day of the moving they did a good job, quick and protect all my furniture and Tv.
They was no scratches, nothing was break.

When searching for movers, I found Viktoria services online with very good reviews, so I called and Rocky came to my apartment to give a free estimate. He recomended a flat rate for my move, with no extra or hidden costs, so we set a date which I have to change and they didn`t have a problem in giving another dtae. We moved on Jan 24th, one of the coldest days, and Rocky and Trevor showed up punctally and got right to work (they went for the truck very early that morning to ensure they could start the engine) They did an excelent job, fast and neat, no scratches,work very hard, didn`t stop, very friendly people.The cost was exactly what they said, anything extra. We would recomend they for sure.

This really was the best moving experience I've ever had. Rocky and his partner moved my mom's one-bedroom condo. They provided a very reasonable estimate and were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. They wrapped the furniture well -- even a very unique and difficult table! -- and got everything safely to the new place in good time. Moving is always stressful, but if you want it to go as smoothly as possible, call these guys.

Moved from a downtown Condo to Bloor West Village. Movers were very nice, speedy and took care of my belonging and there was no breakage or damage. Rocky, the manager provided excellent service an gave the option of a set price or hourly service.

I also had my condo cleaned and they did a fantastic job... all my 15 year old appliances looked brand new again.

Viktoria's service removed so much of the stress of moving. I strongly getting you old place cleaned as it make everything easier.
