They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and personable and keen to answer any and all questions that I had. The installer worked diligently and left everything clean. We had our AC installed in June and we were very happy so we went with Convertible Air to install our furnace. Mike was super helpful and answered all of our questions before the install. We had Kamil and Steven install our new furnace and both were very friendly and respectful and knowledgeable. They removed the old unit and left everything spotless. Very happy and would definitely recommend Convertible Air! A++

The Salesperson provided a quote for the various options that I asked for and then responded to my questions on a timely basis during the week or so that I needed to shop around and compare. So glad I chose Convertible. The installation was completed when scheduled. The two Technicians were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The installation was completed to my satisfaction. Including the clean up. They also took the time to answer my questions after completing the installation.
