I am very happy with the whole experience with Convertible.
Micheal our sales rep was very responsive and quick at getting back to me with answers to all my questions.
He came out to the house the next day after I called. Very prompt.
Ali and Moe the installers were amazing . Extremely hard workers very nice young fellows. A total asset to the company. And they put mats down I was impressed.
Everything was so neatly done and very professional.

After getting quotes from other companies, Convertible came in with a great price and more importantly explained the differences with alternative models and brands of Furnace and AC units.

Needless to say we went ahead with them and were very happy we did. Installed was professional and punctual. Price was exactly what was quoted and all work was completed exactly as promised. They even went a bit above and beyond to correct some drainage issues and cleaned up after themselves. Happy with the service overall!

Heating & AC Inc. Chris was very pleasant and thorough in explaining the
different units, brand names that they carried and how efficient their
products are for our needs. The installers were prompt, polite and did an
amazing job as well. They prepped my stairway and basement with
runners so my carpet remained clean. The workers worked all day and
made sure everything was properly installed and in working order before
the day was done. They answered any questions we had with great
knowledge too.

They came early in the morning about 8 am and started to work. They were friendly and prompt and answered any questions I had.

Marnie was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. She really helped me through the whole process and was very kind and patient. The installers were great as well. Kemar was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. He did an excellent job. Overall I am very satisfied and wouldnt hesitate to use Convertible Heating and Air conditioning again in the future!

As scheduled, two technicians arrived at my house, identified themselves and started to replace my outside a/c unit and the evaporator coil at he furnace. They were very courteous and completed the installation in less than 3 hours. When they left, there was no mess to clean up. Their workmanship was first class. I am very happy with this installation and would definitely recommend this company to others.

We called 3 HVAC companies needing a furnace. Two did not return our call in 2 days. Michael called back within the hour and arranged to come out the next morning, a Sunday of a long weekend to give us a quote, and suggest the best size unit for our home. The came 5 minutes before the time stated to complete the installation it was completed with no issues and the installers were respectful, answered questions and cleaned up after themselves.

RIght from the start, I really appreciated the way Michael came to do a quote. I had about 5 other quotes and had experienced a ton of sales pitch drama - but not from Michael. I was actually quite surprised at how other companies gave me the wrong information (i.e. installations not to code)
The installation took a day and a half and Craig and partner were professional, clean and made sure that everything worked.
I would highly recommend this company!

After 25 years, we needed to replace our gas furnace and central AC unit. We were in a hurry to get this done since we had some other landscaping work scheduled to be done which would be much easier if old the AC was out of the way. Convertible responded quickly and was very accommodating by installing the furnace and removing the old AC, and then scheduling to come back after the landscaping to install the outdoor AC unit. This was really helpful. The installation crew was very professional and did a very good job, especially in view of the difficulty of running new air intake and exhaust venting through a house build in 1886.
