Drew, the installer, was fantastic he not only removed and disposed of our old unit but also flushed the AC lines and installed the new unit seamlessly. He went above and beyond by identifying and fixing a wiring issue on the spot, without any additional charge. The entire team was professional, thorough, and left everything clean.
