Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning

It was time to replace a furnace from 1982, and a water-based air conditioner even older than that. Did some research on HomeStars, and put Convertible on the short-list both because of the positive reviews, and almost more importantly because of the company's detailed responses to the negative reviews.

Convertible's quote was very competitive (mostly better) than the others I got, and dealing with Marnie (the original founder's daughter) was a breath of fresh air. She is very knowledgeable, has a complete "no nonsense" approach to what is required / recommended, and was quick and thorough to answer my follow-up questions. In the end it was about the easiest decision I've ever had to make to choose a contractor.

Installers showed up exactly at the scheduled time, were very pleasant to deal with, and took care to keep the work area clean and take away all debris (and old furnace & a/c). Follow-up communication with Marnie and others at Convertible has all been great .... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Convertible for any of your heating & A/C needs.
