We hired Cadaxx about 9 months ago for drawings and permits. Unfortunately because of issues with the city, we had many issues to deal with. Cadaxx has been incredible the entire way. Any changes or adjustments that were required, were addressed right away. Communication is amazing. Knowledge even more amazing. We have now received our permits and are able to start renovations. It was not easy, but was definitely no stress because of the expertise from Cadaxx. City of Toronto is a pain to deal with, but if you choose the right firm, it truly makes a world of difference. Thank you Alex and Sarah for all of your help the last few months. We are truly appreciative for all of your hard work.

If you are looking for an architect you need to hire Cadaxx immediately. I don't say this lightly, as my husband and I are not new to dealing with renovations. From the initial site visit, Alex has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We actually only intended to one addition to our house, because as per our previous renovation, we were told nothing more could be done. Alex actually told us this may not be true and he would look into it. Here we are, months later, drawings done and now submitted to the city for permits. We are looking to get three different extensions done, and hoping that this will clear with the city. I am confident in having Cadaxx represent us if things go to the CoA. Alex, you have been such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your help in figuring out our Forever Home. Mina, thank you so so much for the video chat meetings and screen sharing to come up with a design that my husband and I both love. Sarah, thank you for keeping up on things like the survey. One final note: My husband and I were truly unsure how the exterior design would look and we were honestly kind of nervous that there would be no curb appeal. We received a rendering of what our house will look like, and we're beyond happy with this! I've attached photos: You can clearly see the additions we're adding, and how the roof now seamlessly blends with the house. We also plan to paint the red brick black, that'll match better :) .. Overall, awesome! Thank you again to the team at Cadaxx!

We had our ducts cleaned by Tyler, post renovation. He was prompt, friendly, and thorough! We requested before and after pictures prior to beginning and he was able to show us the difference: amazing! Thank you so much Tyler for your great service! I'm recommending to all our friends and family, and we'll be seeing you again in a few years!
