I highly recommend Phil. We used him before submitting our 1-year Tarion Warranty list for a new build and I wish we hired him sooner. He is so thorough, knowledgeable experienced, patient and kind. His report is clear and easy to read. He takes the time to explain all the hows and whys - and explains everything so well that you feel empowered. There were many, many items our builder lapsed on and we would have had no idea. His knowledge of Tarion is especially helpful as the process seemed daunting, until Phil. His support doesn't end with his report. He's there for you through the whole process. It's clear he truly cares about his clients.
