Phil and Randy were total pros and easy to work with. They explained both their procedures and issues they found clearly, and caught a number of problems I’d have missed myself.

I hade the service of Acker home inspection for my home 1 year warranty . The inspection was 2 hrs and covered the exterior and interior of my home also Electrical , plumping and HVAC . Every detail of the inspection was explained and reviewed with me. Finally a comprehensive report was issued to me with all details.

Phil and his partners are very professional. Phil explains the scope and progress of home inspection. He conducts his inspection thoroughly. He provides the inspection reports and photos in electronic format. He also provides Tarion 30 days form paper copy for submission and other relevant information such as Tarion Key Reference Documents. He shows his care and respect that he brings his own indoor shoes while he works inside my house. I am glad that I made the right choice to have Phil conducting my home inspection.

Phil provides a very thorough inspection, takes his time to explain every finding.
And at the end of process he even prints the entire report right away. We also receive a digital version of everything documented (pictures and forms generated by Phil).
