Phil and his team were wonderful to work with. They checked every inch of the house and provided detailed information and instructions. I would have missed MANY important things! Furthermore, they were incredibly polite, professional and just really nice people! They were so organized, right down to their printer! They provided me with all the documents, photos and codes for my Tarion submission. I was very confident moving forward as they took away all the guess work for me. I highly recommend their services - they are worth every single penny and then some!
