Home Inspection review in

Phil came to our house to help us with our 30-day inspection. He was thorough, kind, and courteous. He caught things that I never would have in a million years, and just as importantly, he taught us SO much about our own home. We're very grateful for his timeliness (he showed up early and got started before I got there), responsiveness, kindness, and thoroughness. We have already recommended his services to three other homeowners in the area that we know - that's how happy we are with them.
