Jay and Kevin moved us from a 1-bedroom condo in downtown Toronto, to a 2-bedroom condo in downtown Toronto on a Saturday morning. They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. We started at 9am and they were completely finished unloading at our 2nd location 2.5 hours later 11:30am (I chose to help move some of the smaller boxes with them, but they did the large majority of the work). The speed of the move was due to two factors: 1. they work swiftly, and 2. we were ready right away when they arrived (e.g. we had everything in boxes, ready to go, with the exception of our TV, mattress, and futon). They offered free wardrobe boxes, and were professional in wrapping/stacking. All pieces arrived without any damage. Jay, the owner, was very communicative and responsive and was happy to answer my questions in the days coming up to the move.
Their price was also very competitive. They were an excellent price given their outstanding ratings.
I would absolutely hire them again for a future move, and recommend them to all my friends.
