Customer service leaves something to be desired
We hired Pacifica Gates to build a new gate for our property. I have to say we are pleased with the final product as it looks great and turned out exactly how it was promised. However the service was terrible. It took a lot of nagging and withholding payment to get the job completed and it was finished much later than promised (several months late). There has been zero follow-up service; we have attempted to get Peter to come service our gate for repairs and he has not returned any of our calls or emails. We've had to get another gate company to repair our gate even though it is still on warranty. I'm guessing this is a case of taking on more work than they can handle, but Pacifica Gates is in need of customer service improvement.
