Appliance Healer

We had an old Maytag washer that stopped draining all of a sudden. I was worried that it is too old to fix. Samson came on the same day I called; on the phone he was courteous and professional, which speaks a lot to me. I had called this other company at first (name ends with "Guy") and left a message, and I was not impressed with the person's attitude when I finally spoke to him. (I was not able to reply to the messages until late afternoon, and he was mad when I told him that I found another company. What did he want me to do? Just ignore his messages?)

Anyways, I am SO glad that I ended up with Samson and Tinna, The Appliance Healer. I was thoroughly impressed with Samson's skills, he explained every step, what he has ruled out, what he is going to try now, etc, and share some knowledge that we never would have known (who would have thought that clothing can fall between the cylinders!?). He gave us tips on how to prevent it from happening again. He came across as an honest guy who truly wants to help out, and he KNOWS his stuff. It was a pleasure to watch him work. Samson and Tinna are both nice and courteous, they are the epitome of top service, and the fees are very reasonable. I would definitely use their service again, they have raised the bar of what I expect from companies like this.

Thanks to Samson and Tina, our microwave finally works. They were friendly, thorough in explaining the issue, fixed the issue immediately, and their service rates were very reasonable. We definitely recommend them.

Samson and Tinna did a great job. My refridgerator was not working properly, so I called the Appliance Healer after reading reviews on this site. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Samson went right to work and explained everything he was doing. I'm very mechanically inclined, so I would know right away if he was trying to pull a fast one on me to try to overcharge me. I had nothing to worry about. These are two of nicest and most honest people in the business. They fixed my fridge quickly and it's been running great ever since. I will definitely call them again in the future if I have any problem with any of my appliances.

The most exceptional service I have ever had in my life. Samson was the most indepth I have ever seen. He explained everything to me that he was doing and what the problem was and now my dishwasher is working! I would recommend their service to anyone. Thanks!!!

My dishwasher was leaking and I tried to replace the door gasket on my own but could not install it properly. Samson and Tinna arrived the next afternoon and installed the gasket and cleaned all the filters. They were both very friendly and Samson was very informative. My dishwasher no longer leaks and runs like it was brand new. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our dishwasher had slowly been getting worse, and a few days ago it finally stopped working. It sounded like there were things going on inside, but nothing was getting cleaned. After reading some reviews on HomeStars I called Sam on a Saturday and he apologized for not being able to come that day (even though I didn't really expect that he would) and on Monday showed up right when he said he would. He took a look at the dishwasher and you could tell he knew what he was doing. What really impressed me about his service was that he explained what he was doing through the whole process, which I really like. He thought it had to do with a small screw that had fallen into the system below, (and he got that out using some creative engineering with a vaccuum cleaner) but it turned out that the pump was broken. A call to the parts store and the part was on order. Next day he showed up again with the part, and carefully removed the dishwasher and replaced the part.
I really liked how honest and straightforward he was through the entire process and if I needed more appliance repairs, I'd definitely call him back. Great job.

Sam and Tinna are excellent. They were able to come on the same day I called and completed the repair on the spot. They were courteous, clean and very thorough. I have used Appliance Healer approximately 6 times in the last 2 years. As a homeowner and landlord I would definitely recommend Sam at Appliance Healer. It is very difficult to find someone that will repair appliances who will not mislead you just to get you to buy a better model so that he can make money off of it...He is honest and trustworthy and VERY fair. When he comes to do a job it is done thoroughly!! The last time I thought I had to purchase a brand new dishwasher and Sam came for a service call (less than $60.00!) and completely took apart the whole thing and simply cleaned it and it was good to go! (Lots of nasty food trapped inside) No additional charges! When it is an emergency (I have tenants) he will come as soon as possible even if it is late at night. In addition, he will go out of his way to find me used appliances that WILL LAST. Like an auto-mechanic, everyone needs someone they can trust with appliance repairs because sometimes it SEEMS cheaper to buy brand new but often that is not the case... I have learned that through Sam. I will continue to use his services and his prices can't be beat!
