We hired Steve and his company to replace our Cedar shake roof. Everything went well throughout the removal and installation of the new roof. It took longer than he stated but his team did a good job and were pleasant and courteous. The problem began at the beginning of December when we had water coming through the bathroom fan. I contacted Steve via phone, text and email approximately 10 times over the past month with no response. We had to get a different company to address the leak. They also found some other water ingress that we had not yet noticed. Our roof is less than one year old and we were expecting Steve’s follow-up and service as per his warranty and his verbal assurance. Based on his lack of response and follow through I would say stay away!

BEWARE -Steve talks the talk but dose'nt walk the walk . You better have everything covered in your written contract -Do not believe the verbage ! My job was incomplete and they left a mess on my roof so I can clean it out of my gutters later . Find yourself a roofer with a BBB accreditation where the words "customer satisfaction" actually means something . This company has had their BBB accreditation revoked . I WONDER WHY ??

Steve is quite the talker. Roof restoration completed after 6 months of promises. Sloppy work. Buckets left and stained vinyl siding. They cracked two skylights. Steve came out and took photos and promised to replace them. He said he ordered the skylights and had them in stock. After 7 months of not showing up at appointments to replace them and unanswered calls, nothing has been done. Their Better Business Bureau accreditation has been revoked. Don't believe anything Steve tells you!

The product did not completely take to my roof and blew off the roof and damaged my vinyl siding. When it was brought to the companyies attention, I got nothing but lip service and false promises . After several months of no warranty work being done, I pushed for the repair work to be done as promised. The owner became extremely hostile. His lack of professionalism was unbelievable. After no resolve, I enlisted the services of the BBB, and who after their dealings with Steve, have ended up revoking his BBB acreditation. BUYER BE VERY AWARE. In my opinion, if you have a warranty issue the company will not follow through.

This guy is an *%#* nutter! Belligerent, antisocial and rude. Extremely difficult to deal with. Job incomplete. This guy has treated us poorly in the extreme!

The matter of our unfinished contract is now in the courts.

Pacific Peaks - Steve and his crew provided excellent professional service. They went above and beyond what we expected they would do for our roof. They would have earned ten out of ten had they kept the follow up promise on the warranty. They claimed that they would come each year and inspect the roof. We have called and they haven't answered. The roof looks sound and we are not concerned about it but we expected to have the service promised. He did take pride in his workmanship. He misquoted the job and ended losing a little money as more materials were needed than originally quoted. We wonder if this why he hasn't come.
