This was tricky and I was apprehensive about proceeding but wanted to open up these rooms so away we went . I needed to replace a 25 year old gas furnace and decided to install AC as well . I went to four companies for quotations and decided to go with Canada Furnace . Gary is the first point of contact and is very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns and questions up front .I was provided a detailed quotation that showed exactly what products were being installed . No subtrades . My experience from start to finish was very positive and I highly recommend this company no matter how complicated your particular installation will be .

Once you decide to reroof your home choosing the right contractor is your most important decision . My criteria for a roofing contractor was a company in business for 25+ years , BBB accredited (A+ Rating) and a HomeStars rating of 8 or higher .21st Century exceeded all my criteria . Andrew McDowell is professional and courteous and addressed all my concerns before we started . Installers were excellent and cleaned up immaculantly at the end of each day including cleaning out my gutters upon completion .21st Century is CertainTeed trained and achieved Shingle Master status which means they can offer a 4 star warranty coverage to 50 years non pro rated which I took . Roof was completed on time with no major dissruptions to our lives . I am very pleased with my new roof and would not hesitate to recommend 21st Century Roofing to anyone . BEWARE -Steve talks the talk but dose'nt walk the walk . You better have everything covered in your written contract -Do not believe the verbage ! My job was incomplete and they left a mess on my roof so I can clean it out of my gutters later . Find yourself a roofer with a BBB accreditation where the words "customer satisfaction" actually means something . This company has had their BBB accreditation revoked . I WONDER WHY ??
