Logix Icf

We hired a company to build the shell of our house with ICF, put the trusses and sheeting on and the floor joists in. We did get all of the services required but they neglected to read the drawings correctly. Since this was our first time building with ICF we were not aware that the ledger boards were to go on before the house was poured. It was miserable and expensive for us to do it later. All the company said was "oh well, it's easy and cheap for you to do it yourself". HA were they wrong. They also neglected to use a level when they were bracing the walls upstairs. The walls are leaning outwards by 1 3/4" from top to bottom. Of course this wasn't found until we started framing the interior. So many modifications have had to be done due to their shoddy workmanship.

Purchased logix icf foundation system. Would have been better off getting regular basement poured and having someone spray foam the exterior surface. Found multiple voids in basement which required significant cost to repair. would not advise anyone buying this system.
