i wouldn't even give one star but it's the lowest on the rating chart.
They sold me a vaccum at a home show and told me risk free return in 30 days guaranty. bullcrap, it ended up costing me $55.36 ($31.11 shipping it back to calgary from ottawa + $24.25 in what they called a 20% restocking fee) Of course the salesperson didn't tell me about the fine print on the receipt wich she shoved in the bag. How convenient.
I had to return it because it's a sh itty product. The cord was to small to go around one room, the on/off button was to close to the handle and would turn off as you vaccumed and the unit overheated in your hand after just one room. When I returned it, they said it was scratched and not resalelable. BULLCRAP i was very careful when i used it (only once) and i cleaned the filter and everything. Don't be fooled by them as I was

The steamer very economical, very easy to use. The service is excellent. They make a demonstration so I know how to use it. It is easy storage and very mobile. I 100% recommend to buy one of this. Use this item and never go back to iron and board.

My wife and I purchased this garment steamer approx. 2 yrs. ago and just love it. This has replaced our iron. I use this machine every morning to steam my shirts and pants to give tham that "just drycleaned" look. This machine has remeoved any smell associated with smoke, "bad cooking" and has cleaned up my car's interior in no time at all. I have even put a couple of drops of essential oil (sandalwood is my favourite) in the water to infuse that smell into anything I steam. Talk about a difference. I am always amazed at how easy it is to use and the effectivenes of the cleaning ability of this machine. I know I'll never use anything else to clean any clothing, car upholstery, drapes, coats, you name it - this machine does it.
