terrible experience would not buy from them again. House is unsellable. Bought a home from Quality Homes and have had nothing but problems. Foundation is cracked in several places Lights not centered in ceilings windows installed crooked . Have just installed radon detector and levels are insane. so many places for seepage through cracks in foundation walls and floors. I am now looking at having to have the foundation repaired and I suspect underpinned as subsidence is most likely occurring I had Tarion and Quality Homes look at this years ago when Tarion and builders were wrongly working together and they both said just shrinkage. I can not strongly enough advise you to stay clear of this company.

Worst decision ever. Poor work foundation cracks subsidence crooked windows off center lights the list is endless and Tarrion no help. Avoid this company. This can be backed up as factual by seeing my home.

I had done my research and knew that I wanted to build with Quality, I had compared the various Manufacturers of Modular builds and clearly Quality was the one we knew was right for us. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, supported and clear. We stayed on budget, got the home we dreamed of and had fun throughout the process! We moved in within 6 months of the first visit to the models in Grimsby. 4 years later I still love everything about our home, and if we were to ever move, I'd do it all again with Quality Homes without a doubt!

Quality set our house Oct. 31 2016 and it did not pass occupancy until mid Jan. 2017. The basement floor is not what we asked for or excepted.
The fire place is not what it is in the signed blue print.
The heating system is not heating as designed. One cold air return does not seem to be connected in side the wall. Tarion inspector says that things look good to them and I cannot except them to do anything to make it right. We are still hoping something will change as of March 2018
Major disappointment, Do not recommend this builder.

We had thought that we invested in our dream house.

Twelve years in, and dozens of problems later (many of which existed since day one)...the countdown is on until we can sell it. We will not recommend this builder.

The convenience of a modular home is not worth the hassle. Don't be woo'd by the "built inside a factory" story..fit and finish is not as good as you would expect.

Did a very timely, professional job, was very cost-efficient. We were very impressed with their service, they were dead-on with their estimate, followed through on it. Would definitely recommend them for their service.

A quick note to explain the cost - this is an additional $40,000 to the cost of my new home for complete independence and 100% barrier free home.
