I had 5 quotes for our job including three 10 star Homestars window installers and two contractors who neighbours were very happy with. Archie came to measure and give our quote; he was the *only* person who took the time to inspect all the windows, the frames, and to notice variations in measurements between windows in a double-story bay. His price was very competitive; I was actually really surprised! We had his team come first to replace 7 windows (including one massive window) and install a screen door; we liked them so much we had them back a few weeks later to replace the remaining windows in our home and add another screen door. Both times his team finished installing the windows in one day and came back the next to seal from the outside. They were polite, efficient, and professional. Archie was a delight to work with.
