Shower leak repair

Adam was curteous, professional, and patient. He identified the cracked pipe and patiently fixed the leak. He was very patient with our children who were curious about his work. Before he left he cleaned the site. We were satisfied with his work and the service.

Reinstalling the pipe from the humidifier to the cold water pipe which had been installed to a hot water pipe by a different company and was leaking.

Adam attached the pipe from the humidifier to the cold water pipe. It had been inappropriately attached to the hot water pipe by a different company,
resulting the leak. He also removed an old pipe arrangement in the furnace room which had been used for a softener and tidied up the
configuration. He worked carefully, fully explaining to us what he was doing and why. He was friendly and courteous.
We feel we have been well served in a situation not caused by Gentlemen Plumbers.
